The Navy Exchange Service Command's (NEXCOM) Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility has the unique mission of maximizing the quality of life for U.S. Navy Sailors through the development, testing, and evaluation of uniforms and protective clothing.
Twice a year, the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) and Marine Corps Exchange (MCX) offer its customers the opportunity to support the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) by purchasing a $5 benefit ticket. This spring, the donation from NEX customers was $361,580 while MCX customers donated $247,620, MCX’s highest since its benefit ticket program began.
Beginning in the fall, for the 2022-23 Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) school year, breakfasts and lunches administered by the Student Meal Program outside of the continental United States (OCONUS), will incorporate an associated fee unless authorized as free or reduced.
The Navy Exchange Service Command’s (NEXCOM) NEXT gen Scholars Program offers qualified students the opportunity to win $2,500, $1,500, $1,000 or $500 each quarter for earning good grades in school. The next drawing is at the end of June 2022.
