NATO's Very High Readiness Task Force (VJTF) conduct a force exhibition in preparation for the upcoming Joint Allied Powers Demonstration Day during Exercise Noble Jump 23, at Capo Teulada in Sardinia Italy, May 11.
Exercise Noble Jump is NATO’s premier exercise the VJTF, which is a part of the NATO Response Force (NRF). The NRF is a technologically advanced, multinational force made up of land, air, maritime and Special Operations Forces components that are rapidly deployable. Noble Jump ‘19 is an exercise which will test NATO’s ability to deploy the land component of the NATO Response Force, specifically the Very High Readiness Joint Task Force (VJTF). This exercise will move troops into the Zagan military training area in the southwest region of Poland. Noble Jump’19 is designed to ensure that NATO forces are trained and ready. It will be an important test, and a display of our collective capabilities.
