U.S. Army Lt. Col. William D. Rose discusses EXERCISE FLINTLOCK 2016, a special operations exercise designed to increase interoperability and collaboration among partner nations to cooperatively counter today’s threats in North and West Africa. Flintlock 2016 will be hosted by Senegal in February.
