U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 1st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 11th Airborne Division, participate in Expert Infantryman, Expert Soldier and Expert Field Medical Badge, or E2B, testing at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, August 25-28, 2026. E2B testing challenges Soldiers to demonstrate proficiency in critical individual tasks through a series of physically and mentally demanding tasks. The testing validates technical and tactical skills while reinforcing the readiness, discipline and expertise required to operate in demanding environments. Out of over 600 Soldiers that started the testing, 250 Soldiers earned their badge.
