JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska — Soldiers assigned to the 1st Squadron, 40th Cavalry Regiment and the 1st Battalion, 511th Parachute Infantry Regiment stand in formation during a reflagging ceremony at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, July 16, 2026.
