Jason Holmes is an electrical mechanic for Norfolk Naval Shipyard’s Temporary Services (Shop 99). Holmes stated that one of the biggest challenges is dealing with a heavy workload and meeting deadlines. “Because Shop 99 works well together as a team, we are able assist each other to ensure deadlines are met," he said....
