Five individuals pose together holding a red ceremonial flag for the 'SM-1 D&D Team' at what appears to be an official U.S. Army ceremony. The flag commemorates the SM-1 Nuclear Power Plant with an operational legacy of 1957-1973 and a final D&D (Decontamination and Decommissioning) mission of 2021-2026, bearing the motto 'Essayons: Mission Complete.' Two individuals are in U.S. Army combat uniforms while three are in civilian attire.
