A U.S. Air Force F-15EX Eagle II fighter jet with tail number AF 21-013 is parked on a flight line, likely at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada based on the desert terrain and mountain backdrop. Ground crew personnel are conducting pre-flight or post-flight checks around the aircraft, while at least one pilot is visible in the cockpit. The aircraft appears to be in an active operational configuration with weapons pylons and external stores visible.

During this time, the unit hit a historical milestone, dropping live bombs from operational F-15EXs for the first time. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt. Steph Sawyer)
