Ronald Bryant, commander of 2nd Battalion, 135th Aviation Regiment (General Support Aviation Battalion) and Kosovo Force (KFOR) Regional Command-East Task Force Aviation, delivers remarks during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, Aug. 30, 2026.
