A military ceremony is taking place on an airfield tarmac, with soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms rendering salutes while holding a blue unit guidon or organizational flag with gold fringe and streamer decorations. The setting appears to be a forward operating base or military airfield, with UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters visible in the background under a large fabric hangar structure. The scene is consistent with a change of command, activation, or unit casing/uncasing ceremony.
