A group of U.S. Coast Guard personnel in dress uniform are standing in formation, likely during a formal ceremony or official event. The central figure, identified by a name tag reading 'WASSERMAN,' wears an officer's cover with gold insignia and displays multiple service ribbons. The setting appears to be an outdoor waterfront location under a white tent canopy.

Crew members of the Fast Response Cutter Oliver Henry (WPC 1140) stand in formation during a change of command ceremony, Apra Harbor, Guam, Aug. 21, 2026. Lt. John “Jack” P. Stone, a native of Atlanta, relieved Lt. Raymond J. Cerrato III as commanding officer of the Sentinel-class fast response cutter. Cerrato, a native of Melbourne, Fla., led Oliver Henry through more than 75,000 nautical miles of operations across Oceania and the Micronesian subregion. During his three years in command, the cutter conducted search and rescue missions, law enforcement, disaster response, diplomatic engagements and partner-nation operations in support of U.S. Coast Guard missions throughout the region.
