A senior officer in a white dress uniform with medals and gold insignia is inspecting or reviewing a line of personnel dressed in light blue uniforms and dark-brimmed caps. The setting appears to be a maritime or coast guard facility, with a white vessel visible in the background. The officer is smiling as he walks along the formation.

Coast Guard Lt. Raymond J. Cerrato III inspects the crew during a change of command ceremony of the Fast Response Cutter Oliver Henry (WPC 1140), Apra Harbor, Guam, Aug. 21, 2026. Lt. John “Jack” P. Stone, a native of Atlanta, relieved Cerrato as commanding officer of the Sentinel-class fast response cutter. Cerrato, a native of Melbourne, Fla., led Oliver Henry through more than 75,000 nautical miles of operations across Oceania and the Micronesian subregion. During his three years in command, the cutter and crew conducted search and rescue missions, law enforcement, disaster response, diplomatic engagements and partner-nation operations in support of U.S. Coast Guard missions throughout the region.
