Two foreign partner nation service members secure a simulated detainee aboard a target vessel during a maritime interdiction exercise as part of PANAMAX 2026 at Panama City, Aug. 7, 2026. The combined training strengthened boarding procedures, enhanced interoperability and improved the readiness of U.S. and partner forces to conduct coordinated maritime security operations.
