U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Security Response Team (MSRT) West and Panamanian military personnel move toward the second deck of a target vessel during a maritime interdiction exercise as part of PANAMAX 2026 at Panama City, Aug. 7, 2026. The integrated training strengthened coordination between U.S. and Panamanian forces, enhanced boarding capabilities and reinforced interoperability and regional readiness during combined maritime security operations.
