Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) for the 138th Medical Group and 139th Medical Group was held at the Collins Center at Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, Mich., July 10, 2026. The courses required medical personnel to participate in both classroom and hands-on instruction and concluded with a simulated mass casualty event where personnel work alongside one another to rescue, triage and save lives, skills that can all be translated to real life mission readiness and interoperability.
