GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba (April 11, 2026) – Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast and partnering contracting company conducts a $3.6 million project to process and remove a decades old scrap legacy tire and High-Density Polyethylene pipe storage area at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
