Soldiers assigned to the 181st Medical Company Area Support participate in an after action review (AAR) following a mass casualty training exercise at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, Puerto Rico, July 25, 2026. Leaders and participants evaluated the unit's response to the simulated incident, discussing strengths, identifying areas for improvement and reinforcing lessons learned in casualty assessment, treatment, evacuation and command and control. The review enhanced unit readiness by capturing best practices and improving the effectiveness of future medical operations.
