Soldiers assigned to the 181st Medical Company Area Support respond to a simulated vehicle accident during a mass casualty training exercise at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, Puerto Rico, July 25, 2026. The realistic scenario challenged Soldiers to rapidly assess, triage, treat and evacuate multiple simulated casualties following the notional vehicle collision. The exercise strengthened medical readiness, reinforced casualty management procedures and enhanced the unit's ability to provide lifesaving care in support of operational missions.
