First Army welcomes the incoming leader, Command Sgt. Maj. Randolph Delapena, and farewells Command Sgt. Maj. Prosser during the ceremony. Command Sgt. Maj. Delapena was previously the command sergeant major for the 82nd Airborne Division located at Fort Bragg, NC, and Command Sgt. Maj. Prosser will move on to become the commandant at the Sergeants Major Academy located in Fort Bliss, TX.
