U.S. Sailors attend a Joint Advanced Life Support/Basic Life Support (ALS/BLS) medical exchange during Pacific Friendship 2026 (U.S. Army) and Pacific Partnership 2026 (U.S. Navy) in Quang Tri, Vietnam, June 23, 2026. The medical exchange brought together U.S. and Vietnamese participants to enhance emergency response capabilities, strengthen partnerships and promote the exchange of medical expertise.
