Indonesian military leaders, U.S. Pacific Command representatives and members of the Hawaiʻi National Guard delegation pose for a group photo in front of the National Monument (Monas) following a static display of riot control equipment (PHH) hosted by Kodam Jaya/Jayakarta in Jakarta, Indonesia, June 11, 2026. The engagement provided an opportunity for professional military exchange and strengthened relationships among Indonesian, U.S. Pacific Command and Hawaiʻi National Guard leaders. The event was part of a week-long series of activities commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Hawaiʻi–Indonesia State Partnership Program, which promotes military partnerships, professional exchanges and regional security cooperation between Hawaiʻi and Indonesia.
