Hosted by the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, the performance showcased the band’s musical talents while fostering cultural exchange and strengthening people-to-people ties between the United States and Indonesia. The event was part of a week-long series of engagements commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Hawaiʻi–Indonesia State Partnership Program, which promotes enduring partnerships, professional exchanges and mutual understanding between Hawaiʻi and Indonesia.
