A Panamanian partner from the Servicio Nacional de Fronteras and a U.S. Army Soldier work together to apply an improvised tourniquet using materials from the jungle to a simulated casualty during a casualty care exercise as part of the Jungle Operations Training Course in Panama, April 30, 2026.
