NAVAL AMPHIBIOUS BASE CORONADO, Ca. (April 20, 2026) - Vice Adm. Brendan McLane, commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CNSP), center, welcomes Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen to CNSP. During the visit, McLane briefed the midshipmen on the current status of the Fleet before they graduate from their respective undergraduate programs in May. The mission of Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet is to man, train, and equip the Surface Force to provide fleet commanders with credible naval power to control the sea and project power ashore.
