U.S. Army 1st Lt. Carlos Marquez, Supply Officer for Recovery Team 3, part of Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Joint Field Activity 26-3LA, spray paints buckets to help differentiate the potential evidence recovered from different units at a recovery site in Laos, March 16, 2026. Marquez is a Short Term Individual Augmentee to DPAA from the 125th Information Electronic Warfare, 25th Division Artillery, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
