MEDITERRANEAN SEA - (March 19, 2026) An MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter attached to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 50 lands on the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Thomas Hudner (DDG 116) during flight deck operations while underway in the Mediterranean Sea, March 19, 2026. Thomas Hudner is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations to support the warfighting effectiveness, lethality and readiness of U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, and defend U.S., Allied and partner interests in the region.
