    NWW works closely with the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association (PNWA) and regional stakeholders to support safe, reliable navigation on the Columbia-Snake River System. Through ongoing collaboration, USACE maintains critical infrastructure—including dams, locks, and navigation channels—while PNWA advocates for federal investment in key projects such as dredging, hydropower, and system operations.
