Representatives from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, hosted members of the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association and regional stakeholders at Little Goose Lock and Dam to highlight ongoing efforts to modernize infrastructure and maintain reliable navigation. USACE initiatives include strategic investment planning, coordinated lock maintenance, and sustainable dredging practices that improve system resiliency and support long-term sediment management.
