Roman Pipko, the U.S. Ambassador to Estonia, speaks to a U.S. Soldier assigned to the 102nd Military Police Company, during an award ceremony in Estonia on March 12, 2026. The ceremony presented Soldiers with the NATO Kaitsel “Defender” medal, awarded by the Estonian Ministry of Defense and the Estonian Defense League.
