Kaimo Kuusk, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Estonia, gives a speech to U.S. Soldiers assigned to 6th Squadron, 9th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division, during an award ceremony in Estonia on March 12, 2026. The ceremony presented Soldiers with the NATO Kaitsel “Defender” medal, awarded by the Estonian Ministry of Defense and the Estonian Defense League.
