WILMINGTON, N.C. – A team of U.S. Army special operations civil affairs team based at Fort Bragg, N.C, introduce themselves to Wilmington Fire Department’s Chief of Operations at a recent civil engagement to explain the capabilities and operational training regimen of the department. It is actions like this that enable Civil Affairs Teams (CATs) to benchmark best practices, training, and capabilities that carry forward to developing and enhancing international military and civil partner capabilities and civil service capacities to support regional stability.
