260225-N-FJ200-1069 WASHINGTON – Model builder Glenn Grieco of the Texas A&M University Ship Model Laboratory secures a realistic 4-pound cannon to the bulkhead of the Continental Navy schooner Royal Savage model. Grieco built two models for the National Museum of the U.S. Navy: one depicting the vessel as it appeared during the Battle of Valcour Island in October 1776 and the other as a wreck on the bottom of Lake Champlain.
