Vermont State Senator Kesha Ram-Hinsdale seconds the nomination of U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. (Retired) Henry Harder Jr. for Adjutant General of Vermont at the Vermont State House during a joint session at the Vermont State House in Monpelier, Vt. on February 19. Vermont is the only state that selects an adjutant general through an election and chose Harder to be the next leader of the Vermont National Guard.
