Joe Cahill, commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic, awards the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal to Cryptologic Technician (Technical) 2nd Class Justin Gilpin onboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Nitze (DDG 94) during a ship visit, Feb. 3, 2026.
