An 80-by-40-foot steel building donated by USACE Baltimore District to Hyner Lodge Foundation following the closure of the Spring Valley Formerly Utilized Defense Sites project. The building, which previously housed a detonation chamber at Spring Valley, now serves as a horse barn and storage facility supporting the foundation's equine therapy programs. The donation saved taxpayers an estimated $150,000 in demolition and disposal costs. (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers photo)
