Civilian employers of Reserve Airmen in the 433rd Airlift Wing sit aboard a C-5M Super Galaxy during a Boss Lift event at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Jan. 10, 2026.
The Bosslift, sponsored by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) program and in partnership with the 68th Airlift Squadron, delivered an immersive experience to employers to bridge the gap between the military and private sector to build stronger employer support, relationships and flexibility for National Guard and Reserve members. Bosslift events strengthen partnerships between the Air Force Reserve and civilian employers by increasing awareness of Reserve missions, training requirements and the value Airmen bring to the civilian workforce.
