U.S. Air National Guard Master Sgt. Michael Baycura, a flight engineer with the 103d Operations Group, and Maj. Jarrett Gran, a pilot with the 103d Operations Group, are btoh sprayed with champagne and water by excited friends and family as they walk off of a C-130 Hercules following their fini-flight, East Granby, Connecticut, Sept 20, 2025. The fini-flight is a long-standing tradition that invites family and friends to celebrate the culmination of an aviator’s career. Baycura and Gran shared this last flight with Lt. Col Michael Armstrong and Maj. Michael Jacoby, pilots with the 103d Operations Group.
