U.S. Army medical personnel from the 65th Medical Brigade assigned to Camp Humphreys, place patient role-players on stretchers inside an MH-53E Sea Dragon from Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron 15 (HM-15) during a Medical Evacuation Live Exercise at Busan Naval Base, South Korea, Sept. 17, 2025. The Medical Evacuation Live Exercise was a joint mass casualty drill simulating a coordinated response to injuries resulting from combat scenarios ranging from Pyeongtaek to Busan, South Korea, involving personnel from Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Korea (CNFK), HM-15, and the 65th Medical Brigade to enhance readiness and interoperability.
