U.S. Air Force Airmen and a civilian from the 100th Civil Engineer Squadron Power Production shop secure in-place, and prepare to tie down, a Mobile Aircraft Arresting System cable in preparation for barrier certification test on RAF Mildenhall, England, Sept. 12, 2025. Two F-15E Strike Eagles assigned to the 492nd Fighter Squadron at RAF Lakenheath participated in the certification test, performed annually. The 100th Air Refueling Wing provides partners with the critical air refueling “bridge” throughout the European theater, which allows the Expeditionary Air Force to deploy around the globe at a moment’s notice.
