GREAT LAKES, Illinois (September 10, 2025) Navy Exchange (NEX) Service Command CEO, Rear Adm. (Ret.) Robert J. Bianchi and Naval Station Great Lakes (NSGL) Commanding Officer Capt. Steve Yargosz present the 2024 Bingham Award to NEX General Manager Chris Ponchak during a ceremony held at the USS White Hat aboard NSGL. The Bingham Award recognizes outstanding performance in operations, customer service and community support. NSGL received the category one award, representing sales over $47 million.
