GREAT LAKES, Illinois (September 10, 2025) Lt. Cmdr. David Carlson delivers the invocation during a Navy Exchange Bingham Award ceremony held at the USS White Hat aboard Naval Station Great Lakes. The Bingham Award recognizes outstanding performance in operations, customer service and community support. NSGL received the category one award, representing sales over $47 million.
