GREAT LAKES, Illinois (September 10, 2025) Navy Exchange (NEX) Service Command CEO, Rear Adm. (Ret.) Robert J. Bianchi presents the 2024 Bingham Award to Naval Station Great Lakes (NSGL) Commanding Officer Capt. Steve Yargosz during a ceremony held at the USS White Hat aboard Naval Station Great Lakes. The Bingham Award recognizes outstanding performance in operations, customer service and community support. NSGL received the category one award, representing sales over $47 million.
