SAN DIEGO (Sept. 2, 2025) - Cyber Warfare Technician 2nd Class Kyler Koenig, the Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) Red Team lead, configures equipment outside the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific 5G lab in preparation for a threat assessment of the NIWC 5G tactical training network as a part of Operation Shoehorn.
