SAN DIEGO (Sept. 2, 2025) – From left, Cyber Warfare Technician 2nd Class Sean Davis, a Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) Red Team wireless operator; Cyber Warfare Technician 2nd Class Zach Lippman, an NCDOC Red Team wireless operator; and Cyber Warfare Technician 2nd Class Kyler Koenig, the NCDOC Red Team lead, configure equipment in the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific 5G lab in preparation for a threat assessment of the NIWC 5G tactical training network as a part of Operation Shoehorn.
