SAN DIEGO (Sept. 2, 2025) - Cyber Warfare Technician 2nd Class Gavin Rodriguez, Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) Red Team wireless operator, configures equipment in the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific 5G lab in preparation for a threat assessment of the NIWC 5G tactical training network as a part of Operation Shoehorn.
