JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (August 22, 2025) - Rear Adm. Jorge Cuadros, commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Atlantic, presents the Legion of Merrit Award to Capt. Miguel Dieguez during a change of command ceremony. Dieguez relinquished command of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast to Capt. Matthew Williams.
