Maddy Kwakye, right, a contractor supporting the Defense Health Agency, facilitates a group discussion for a Network Regional Operations Committee during a strategic offsite conference in Honolulu, Hawaii, Aug. 11-13, 2025. During the conference, members of DHA’s Defense Health Network Indo-Pacific and the Army’s Medical Readiness Command, Pacific learned the principles of governance and created a combined governance structure to guide both organizations as they provide health care and medical readiness in the region.
