Spanish Fork City and the Utah National Guard's 145th Field Artillery Battalion (C Battery) participate in the annual Fiesta Days flag retirement ceremony held at the Spanish Fork Rodeo Grounds on July 14, 2025. The tradition of retiring flags in a dignified and somber ceremony during the Spanish Fork City Fiesta Days celebration began in 1998 and has continued through the years.
