A medical responder in navy blue EMS uniform is transporting an elderly man on a yellow Stryker stretcher across what appears to be a tarmac or airfield. The elderly patient is wearing a cap that reads 'WWII Korea Veteran' and is secured with straps on the gurney. The scene appears to be an emergency medical evacuation, possibly related to a disaster response.
