First Lt. Bernard Balsis, 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, re-united with his brother, Sgt. Dale Balsis, 411th Combat Engineer Battalion, while stationed in Iraq. Dale received the Purple Heart and his unit held a second ceremony so Bernard could attend.
